New Portfolio Prints

I like to keep a few beautiful printed portfolios of commissioned and personal work that are still requested by creatives especially when presenting my work to a client at the final bid process. I’m reliably informed that a well designed , well presented, tactile, three-dimensional ‘book’ remains a very real expression of and link to the person or persons behind the work. I’m making a few book prints this week and here is a image from our last JWT campaign reminding me of all the great locations I was fortunate to work at thx to CD Simon Sworn , and here’s one of them in Southern Brazil. Brazil-windingroad-mainFin

Virunga National Park, D.R.C. Africa ( & Oil ! )

VNPWe all know boundaries usually get ignored but , The WWF  http://www.wwf.org.uk has announced today that there is a push to begin drilling inside the V.N.P. which is a Unesco World Heritage site ( see my image above ). I have worked in this area for Fair trade/ Cafe-Direct and Volcano eco-safaris on a few occasions and also tracked the Mountain Gorillas there . The beauty of this part of the world is only describable for me in images,  it definitely has a real sense of ‘Origin of the Planet’ about it so it should be of very real concern to us all, if,  indeed this plan is allowed to go ahead.  http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2013/aug/01/congo-mountain-gorillas-virunga-wwf
